old show on v6.1 pallete update freeze

Hello everybody!

I have a big problem with my show. The show is approximately 2 years old and running frequently with some changes. The entire show is in two cue list with cca 300 cues and 50 chases/shapes. Now we're playing again after a short break and I have a problem with updating palettes. Titan slows down and it takes a FEW MINUTES to update single position palette or cue. My problem is that we changed the setup (replaced par64 with LED movingheads and increast the number of movingheads) and I have a lot of work before the next show. And the show must be compatible with other types of movingheads. I cant and should not have any problems with updating pallets.

Should I:

A: Downgrade the desk to v.5 (will the v6 show load? got v5 version but prefer the latest show)
B: Rewrite the entire show on v.6 or other
C: Quit this gig?

If possible could you please send me the showfile along with some example instructions on how to repeat the slowdown and I will try to help find the solution/answer.

In regard to the instructions please write as if for someone who has never used this or any other lighting console before. This will ensure we are both doing exactly the same thing.
