conecting pearl expert and w-dmx with lan

Hi there,
at the company i work we have an avo pearl expert with titan 6.1 installed.
Few weeks ago my boss bought wireless solutions blackbox f1 module and i want to connect it winthout using the physical links, but i was surprised that i cant find any info about expanding the consoles outputs va lan.
Please help.

Well, the Blackbox F1 module is a wireless DMX extender (Transmitter/Receiver), and needs a 'real' DMX feed. Thus, in order to connect it via LAN, you would need a separate Art-Net-to-DMX-Box. The physical outputs the consoles provide are DMX and LAN - the latter can output Art-Net, and this is covered in the manual.

However, if you have specific questions, I - and certainly others - are more than willing to assist.

Thanks for the fast reply, but then why does the blackbox have lan inputs.

As far as I know (maybe the model I used so far is a bit outdated) the LAN input required an optional board inside the F1 box, which then makes it capable of transmitting Art-Net and other protocols. But this should be covered in some WirelessSolutions manual - as far as the console is concerned, it's simply an Art-Net-destination.
