I've always found the ACDI and Vis link to be a bit (!) temperamental - it would often need resetting, but during some pre-programming I noticed that when the link had stalled, if I went into the desk User Settings (and without changing anything) it would resume, come out of User Settings it would stop again.

(A soft reset of the desk would cure it, for a while).

Just thought I'd mention it....
