I posted this question awhile back, but the forums have changed since then and subsequently ERASED all previous replies. One of which I knew was probably the solution, but I didnt have a chance to try it because I've been out of town. WHY in the world did all the old postings here get deleted???!!

Basically I downloaded the Pearl offline editor/demo onto my laptop and I would like to practice learning it- with its built in visualizer (not the one that costs $100) just the free basic one thats supposedly included with the demo..

If anyone here is familar with HogPC & MSD I'm trying to establish the same type of setup- where I have the controller software on one screen and the visualizer software on another screen, using an external monitor.
