Plasa Floor and Demo Theatre problem with moving heads

After some years doing sound engineering in concerts I'm getting more interested in light design, and I'm using the Pearl simulator and Visualizer to learn how to use the Avolite light console.
As a starting point, I am trying the Plasa Floor and the demo theatre. Unluckily, I don't know why but the moving heads fixtures are not identified and appear blank, so they only move but make no light; not as the moving mirror lights that are ok.
What I am doing wrong?
I've tried setting some fixtures and not all work perfectly, or work at all. What light fixtures should the moving lights be?
