Only one visualiser universe on PC?

Re Titan V14.0 on TT2, desktop and laptop (latter two with Editor AvoKey).

On TT2, visualiser works fine on all universes.

On desktop/laptop universe 1 works fine. Other universes:
1. Show selection of fixtures.
2. Do not allow control of fixtures.
3. Do not produce light, unless they were on when show last saved on console (see no. 4 below).
4. Maintain the DMX values from when I last saved show on console, although this is not reflected in DMX view.

So the situation is that the editing at home, I'm missing U2 and U3, and Any U2/3 fixtures that were still on when I saved the show on the console are stuck on with no way of turning them off.

Repatching doesn't help. Creating a new test show with one dimmer on each universe is the same as above.

I'm sure none of this was a problem before I upgraded from V11.4 last weekend.

Hopefully someone will be kind enough to put me out of my misery and enlighten me as to weather it's just me, or it's whether it's a design feature!

Cheers in advance,

Andy

I believe this is intentional. I suggest using Titan Simulator instead which does not have any limits on the number of visualiser universes.

Cheers. It didn't occur to me to try that. It now works perfectly.

I much prefer the GUI of Titan Go rather than Titan Simulator, which doesn't appear to simulate the TT2 panel.

Thanks again,

Andy

It's true that there is currently no TT2 virtual panel. Hopefully this can be added in a future version. However Titan Go is available in the simulator and should be identical to the non-simulator version.

Wow! That is so good to know!

I had no idea that the Titan Go in the simulator was different to the Tiger Go I could access via the Start menu.

Thank you,

Andy :-)
