Has anyone seen this error message "serial comm bad handle error"? when I put the vis in run mode I get it. I ran all the tests the comms are good. The patch is good. I just seem to be missing somthing here.
I am using the pearl 2004 with vis 6.08

This error occurs when Visualiser is unable to open the COM port. There are two reasons why this might occur.
1) The COM port that Visualiser is connected to does not exist or is configured incorrectly.
2) There is another application using the COM port, preventing Visualiser from using it. You may need to close all running applications including those on the System Tray.
