all personality and fixture are gone

all fixtures is gone on my visualiser i dont know what happen. how do i restore it thnx

If you have added any custom personalities please remove them and restart the Visualiser software. If that is not successful download and run the latest personality installer from the website.

sir if that is the problem how could i use the costum personality??

If the fixture list is blank it suggests that the custom personality has an error in it which is preventing it from loading. You will need to fix the error with the personality before you can use it. If you can post the contents of the file here we may be able to spot what is wrong.

The file is incomplete. This is almost certainly because of a wheel mapping conflict. In Personality Builder check that all the attributes are assigned to separate slots in Classic Pearl wheel mapping. Drag and drop anything in red to empty slots.
