hi i am toby from singapore a small little island and i am doing small concerts and shows although i am just 16 yrs old . i am using the avolites pearl 2004 board and i just wanted to ask whether is there a company which sells avolte board here and why sometimes my avolites board will just hang ....

Regarding your problem. Can you confirm which version of software you are running. You can find out by turning the key to System. The latest should be Pearl2004 v1.3 I think.

I am not aware of any such problems with the latest software.
Can you explain further what you mean by 'hang'. When does this happen? What are you doing when it does and what exactly does it do or not do.
It might also be worth going to System/Service/Display Bus Errors and see if there is anything here.

Did I miss a new software version, maybe ?

A.F.A.I.K. the latest was Pearl2004 v1.2, and this is what is said in the AVO Downloads page ...
