Hi, i am trying to set up the visualizer for a show that i have already made. I was able to get 2 of my 3 types of lights in the visualizer by updating personalities and re patching. However the last set of light will not show up in the visualizer. If i create a new show and patch them they will show up then, but i would like to be able to use the visualizer in my current show. The lights that will not show up are COB cannon wash lights using 7 DMX mode by american DJ

It should work by using the update personality function. If that doesn't work try exchanging it for itself. If it still doesn't work send me the showfile and I will try and fix it for you - nick <dot> morris <at> avolites <dot> com.

Could you tell me how to exchange the fixture for itself, I'm still very new to the system

Patch the same fixture onto an existing handle. You will then be prompted if you want to exchange.
