User created fixture files (visualiser)

Hello

So I have created 3 x fixtures for some lights that are not in the fixture list however none of them work in the new visualiser, can these be created by myself or do I need to send a fixture request?

It is not possible to create fixture files for Capture yourself, you can request one via the personality website.

When doing so please include as much information about the fixture as possible - specifically manufacturer name, fixture name and full DMX mapping information. Links to the product or manufacturer's webpage or similar are also useful.

I have sent over the information. I have already created the fixture file and have the manuals but had no way of uploading them so have asked for an email address to send it to. Is this ok?

On the request form there should have been an option to attach either a PDF or zip file. Alternatively please reply to the email confirmation for your request.

Assuming your email address was correct you should now have received six emails, three confirming your requests and then three requesting the information for each. Might be worth checking your junk/spam if you haven't already. You can send the manuals to fixturesupport <at> avolites <dot> com (replace the <at> and <dot> appropriately) and I will pick them up.

Strangely I have received no emails, they are not in my junk folder either. The email is setup correctly. Iv notices this with notification emails. I don't receive any at all even though Iv setup notifications to receive everything via email.
