V10 Capture Vis

Ok. So brand new vis etc but I can see the fixtures patched I can position them etc but when I fire a cue or locate nothing happens. Pan and tilt works fine I can see that but no intensity. I even run lamp on although I dont have the physical fixtures or anything. Is there a setting I need to be aware of. Couldnt find anything on the manual either

Sorry let me update this. I actually have problems with Clay Paky intenity. My show has Sharpy, 700HPE spot, K10, 700 wash. None of them work. I tried Robe and Martin and they both work fine on vis.
Anyone has any suggestions on Clay Paky please share

Unfortunately it looks like the Clay Paky Alpha Spot 700 HPE and Alpha Wash 700 have been linked to the RGB modes in Capture meaning the CMY channels are working as RGB. Since the fixture defaults to zero for CMY this results in RGB at zero and no light from the fixture. I will look at getting this fixed in the library.

Can you confirm which mode for the K10 please? I have tested Standard and Shapes which both appear to light on locate correctly.

I have now corrected the Clay Paky Alpha Spot 700 HPE and Alpha Wash 700 personalities. All being well these should be available in the library from tomorrow morning.
