Hi newby Tom here - we use 10 generic 9 triled flat pars (chinese no-name) across the back of our band show and I'm trying to use Titan One on laptop to drive them .
I can use the personality "generic 5 dmx D,R,G,B,x" to drive the lights no problem but I cant get the Visualiser to show the fixtures or the beams - our other lights (eg 2 Robe 250XT's) show up fine in Vis.
Is there an equivalent personality that does show in Vis - cant find it from trying other "flat" or "slim" personalities ?

Try Chauvet SlimPAR Pro RGBA 5 DMX.

brilliant - we dont tend to use channel 5 anyway as its strobe and I can replicate that within Titan.
