Personality File Problem

I have been using the visualiser software for about a week now, with the personalities that come with the CD.
As the fixtures I normally use are not included in this library, I downloaded the latest fixture library for the visualiser from the website. Once I run this file to transfer the new fixtures into the existing library, and then try and run the visualiser, the software crashes, giving the error message 'abnormal program termination', before closing the application.

Any ideas?

Try installing the new 7.0 version of the Visualiser.

Uninstall your previous version first, then install the new one, and finish updating the r20 and vis files with the last Visualiser Library.

If any fixture from an old theatre doesn't work properly, repatch it by assigning first any other different lamp, clicking "Apply", and finally selecting again the correct one. This will force the Visualiser to load the new personality when changed.
