Some fixtures no show in visualizer

Hello, some fixtures not shown in visualizer.
In my case: Robe Robin 800 LED Hash and Robe Robin Pointe.
Any idea what can happen?

For a fixture to appear in Visualiser a .vis (Visualiser Extension) file must be written for it. These files may not exist for fixtures even if there is a corresponding Titan personality. If you wish to request a Visualiser file for your fixture, you can do so using the personality request form. Please note that due to restrictions in the Visualiser software it is not possible for it to display some types of fixtures or their properties.
