Hello,
I know from earlier that multi-function fixtures like the MAC Aura isnt visible in Visualiser. Are there any work-around for this now? I would love to see my Aura`s in the Visualiser.

Hi Kurt,
the 14ch base mode is in the library and works well. The large mode (with the aura) is not availavle for the visualiser. But with a little tweaking, I believe you can make it 'compatible', since the 'base channels' are the same.
Maybe you can check that the 14ch version works for you - then I can help you with adopting it to the large fixture.

No, really the 14ch (maybe this is more a 'mode' for patching, rather than a real mode of the aura):
1 Shutter
2 Dimmer
3 Zoom
4 Pan High
5 Pan Low
6 Tilt High
7 Tilt Low
8 Control
9 Colour
10 Red
11 Green
12 Blue
13 White
14 CTO
Only a guess: I believe you can even try
- patch Aura as 14ch mode, with a 25ch offset - this creates the fixtures also in Visualiser
- delete the fixtures - this doesn't delete them from viosualiser
- turn off Visualiser AutopUpdate, and patch the fixtures in 25ch mode
- now, it should work.
However, from one of the recent threads I figure this might make pallettes unusable. I'll make the appropriate changes to the perso files this evening...

Please download this file: http://www.avolites.de/test/icke_siegen ... C_Aura.zip
Unzip it, and place the contained d4 file into your personality directory. Now the Aura - if freshly patched - will work in the Vis in 14ch, 19ch and 25ch mode. Of course the restrictions of visualiser apply, hence the Aura part is not showing up there. But at least you have a very basic idea of what's going on.
Btw., as for the Aura manual, 14ch mode is a real mode of the fixture, where the Aura part does the same thing as the Beam part...
