Can't see all the fixtures patched on visualizer

Hi guys...i have a problem with my in-desk visualiser....when i'm patching my fixtures on the desk(Pearl Expert 2010 w/ Titan v.5), in this case are Robe ColorWash 575 AT Zoom, everything is ok, but when i put in the Robe 575 ColorSpot AT, i can't see this fixtures on the visualiser.....please help me!

In order to show up in visualiser, two separate personalities must be present - but the r20 and vis files are way less complete than the d4 files - thus, the required vis personality is simply missing.
Solutions:
a) file a request
b) export and edit one yourself, using the famous personality builder
c) name the mode you need - probably someone has already done the work, and could send you the required files

thank you man....yes probably is missing, because is the first time i have this problem with this fixture
