cannot get viz wiz to work

I cannot get viz wiz to open up any files to edit them. The r20 and the .viz paths are not specified. When I try to type them in to the empty boxes nothing happens. The only 2 personalities I can edit are generic moving head and generic moving mirror. I navigate to the folder containing the r20 files and the .viz files but when I type in the path nothing opens.
