Visualiser - Movements but no beams!

Postby MikeLX » 11 May 2011, 20:00

Hi,
I would use the Futurelight PHS300E Moving-Head on the Tiger but, :( , unfortunately this fixture is not in the library. I have send a request but when I saw the long list I thought that it will be faster when I'm trying by myself to create the fixture-profile.
After days of work :? , I can now operate the fixtures with the Tiger but on the visualizer, there are no beams. The movements seems correct.

What have I do wrong?
I want to post the files (.d4, .R20, .vis), Is this possible?
Perhaps there is anywhere a specialist who can help me!

thanks for reading

Well, of course the correcty way is mailing it to fixturesupport@avolites.com - as you'll already have learned, there are different perso files for classic desks, titan desks, and the visualiser. Probably there is a little glitch in the vis file.

However, since it's really a long list, you might mail the files to me: s.beutel@avolites.de. I will have a look (can't promise anything, though), will post it on our server, and link it here.

Best, Sebastian

Hi All,

I think we sorted this out (some stupid ranges in the vis file). After some corrections, the files will be mailed to Avolites, and will certainly be included in the library after being cross-checked.

However, if someone is in urgent need for this particular personality, I am sure Mike or me are willing to share the work. Just let me/him know.
