pearl sim/visualiser bundle not correct

When downloading this from the site the only part of the visualiser
that is there is the icon
Are they meant to be together as stated on the page;

The saved show is now compatible with the Pearl September 2000 software.

Visualiser 6.08 is bundled with the Simulator.
