Hi,

I`m here with a Expert 3.1 and the latest version of Visualizer. Of course i have ACDI.

The problem... It just don`t work. ACDI says it`s fine with ethernet, so i`ve patched a generic on dmx line 1, adress 1 on both, and set the visualizer to all options i have. Nothing works.... I`ve tryed to set ACDI to Simulator, but that won`t work...

Help?

Are you running visualiser on the expert or a separate pc?

If you're are running visualiser on the console you do not require ACDI on the console to use visualiser

The visualiser should open with your patch if you press View -> Open Workspace Window and then select Visualiser.

If visualiser opens but does not show your patch close visualiser with the x in the corner and switch to system mode and select Wipe Visualiser Patch and then re-open Visualiser.
