I have done every thing I can think of and read the instructions on both the sim and the vis and I can't get the lights to move in the vis can someone please help it's starting to drive me nuts.

Also we have just installed the 2010 desk at our church but the sim is a 2008 are all the setups in the sim compatible with the 2010

just one more thing can we get the profiles for yellow river moving head wash lights and spot lights

Can you be more specific about the problem?

Test with just dimmers:

In simulator patch dimmer on line A, DMX 001 to preset handle 1.
In Vis select 'design' radio button.
Select moving head button and scroll down to find 'Generic' (it will be further down than you think).
Make sure DMX is 001/line A.
Press 'Add One'.
Exit the moving head dialog.
Select 'run' radio button.
Select 'simulator' radio button.
Raise preset handle 1 in simulator and you should see the dimmer respond in Vis accordingly.

2004/2008/2010 all compatible.

Hiya,

TIP: just to save all that 'scrolling down/up' etc in the fixture drop down selection box, start typing in the box if you know the letter of the fixture/type etc...in this case it would be 'G' for generic... then be amazed how it jumps straight to the section you will want.
