Azure and Visualiser Setup problems

Hi all,
I'm having problems setting up my Azure 2000 with my Midi Visualiser cable (recently purchased from Avo)

In my Midi Options I have Master, Slave, Visualiser, Lutron and JF Musuem.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the latter two are not native to the system and as a result are possibly messing things up.
Should I perform a hardware wipeall to erase these two? I'm wary of doing so in case all hell breaks loose.
Any advice is greatfully appreciated.
