I'm using the Robocolor II and I have some difficulties with the Simulator and Visualiser...

to set up -
head 1 (color 1) - Address 1, 8, 15...
head 2 (color 2) - problem: works in any address
head 3 (color 3) - Address 2, 9, 16...
head 4 (color 4) - Address 4, 10, 17...

the other problems:
locate fixture - the fixtures locate with the color at 6%
the dimmer don't works

Can you fix this?

Hi Oz,

If you go to our Fixture Personality Website, you can navigate to the appropriate fixture, and input a bug report by clicking on the little bug icon to the right of the page. We will then do our best to solve your problem in turn as quickly as we can, usually within 10 days.
