Will this USB to DMX work with the dimond onpc

I don't think, I know.

The device is simply a cable converter and works with OpenDMX which is open-source software for developing basic DIY DMX control. Some examples of compatible software are listed in that auction.

Avolites software has its own language. Feel free to contact sales about your hardware options.
