Visualiser and Parallels

I am trying out a trial version of Parallels on my Mac and for some reason the cross hair curser turns black and becomes totally useless. It doesn't do this when I use Boot Camp to run Windows, the curser is white.
Pearl simulator and Visualiser are the only reason I have Windows on my Mac to begin with. All other programs (including the pearl simulator) work absolutely fine.
If there are any Windows guru's out there (and I know there are), please help me.

Try configuration screen in windows. it has a section for settings for your mouse and keyboard. Maybe you can change the looks of your cursor.
And yes parallels suck. I tried to run it for my wysiwyg but im back on a windows pc with that.

I have the same problem on Parallels. Makes it hard to select stuff!
