simulator and palettes

Postby marta » 15 Nov 2008, 19:21

I´m trying the 2004 simulator with the avolites visualiser, but i can´t find the 10 defaults palettes for colors gobos, and preprogrammed positions, for each fixture ( and I said "yes", when it asked me: "use presset palettes?") Neither I can´t find the preprogramed shapes. Can I download from any site? ,and hown to includes them on the simulator? Can anybody help me?
Thanks Marta

The shapefile SG.DAT is found on all standard (uncompressed) personality disks. If it is not working then just download any one of these from the website and place on a floppy disk. Then use System/Utilities/Load Shape File.
If you don't have a floppy drive I think there is another way - if you search here you should find the answer.

The standard palettes are located on fixture page 0, handles 1-30.

You must be in either Run Takeover or Program mode to use palettes.

Select fixtures, select attribute (or leave on dimmer) and then press one of the preset add buttons. This should work.
