Stand Alone Capture won't Connect to Quartz

Hey folks.
I'm new on this forum so i hope this is the right place to ask this Question.

I'm trying to connect my Capture 2021 Symphony Edition with the Quartz.
After many attempts and trying i can not figure it out.
It will not show in capture under the "universes" tab and the "project console link"
The Quartz is running on V11.3 and th capture is running on windows 11 (newest version to date).
I also can't seem to find any troubleshooting video's/guides about how to tackle this problem.
My Quartz is set to 10.134.127.108 with subnetmask 255.0.0.0
My laptop is set to 10.134.127.109 with subnetmask 255.0.0.0
I use a netgear gigabit swith to link the 2 together.
As far as my knowledge goes, this should be right in my opinion.

Hopefully somone could help me out here.

Please try and disable all firewall programs on the Capture computer. Most likely this is the issue. if this helps then you can go on and set the relevant firewall rules for Capture. Or, you disconnect from the internet while using Capture (without firewall)
