For some reason, after whiping my console the shape generator doesn't work as it should anymore. Most shapes are garbled and do not execute properly. Output resembles some random values, I can't find any logic to it.

I always carry fixture disks, so I reload a shapefile from those disks in system mode, reset the console and everything is well again. Whiping gives me the exact same problem again. How can I fix this? Maybe reinstalling the operating software or something like that?
