I have tried to see if there are any loose devices, cables etc. they all seem fine. the led,s next to the driver chips stop flashing as does the T bank led.

It happens on a single fixture, no fixture. cant get a common method to do it, it does it all the time

Ahh! Suggested fix involved power tools then?! Those are may favourite.

But seriously, do you now know what the problem is? Solution? It would be useful for others reading.

The console went back to avo, the fault was in the TMC area of the board. If you suspect this fault a light tapping in the area will identify it as it is a solder issue

The desk had to go back as the fault was still present, it only happened in takeover mode. Tim in service was able to sort the problem by replacing the TMC chip. Desk has been faultless ever since.
