My D2 does not work!! Please help me!!

Hi,… I am the person who does a stage lighting design from Korea. The place where I am having
Diamond II consoles there is a big problem. Turn on the console and it does not operate entirely
not to be, with the picture only same contents it appears in the display window. D2 does not work
anything. It presses all heights of the console and it does not operate not to be, there is not
anyone change. Reset hardware description below hazard which will freeze “invalid program and
system stopped " only the message in the display window which is it appears and compared to above
it is not advanced. If staring to send the answer must solve this problem how it will be good.
Please help me!!
