Help! Some of the lights above the playback, master and submaster faders come on and stay on with a slight flicker. The desk ortherwise works fine. If not for external monitor, I am unable to tell which roller page I'm on or which sub fader is up.

It would be helpful if you could tell us which console you are talking about and what hardware/modifications it has. Problems like this on a Pearl are usualy caused by dirt on the circuit boards. If you contact our service department I am sure they will be happy to help you.
