Sry,didn't really get it..but i presume that wat you're trying to say is tat when you press the record memory/record chase button/command, you are not able to record a cue to the fader?jus my guess..
well i had a problem which is similar to the above mentioned. i encountered this problem while doing a show.I could press the whole colum of buttons/command from the record memory all the way down to last button.the buttons were periodically working.i was lucky nuff to get through the show.later i figured that there was break point on the circuit board. Hope yours isn't as serious as mine..
