Azure compatibility with Pearl

Postby iadwm » 23 Feb 2007, 14:40

Hi,

I'm soon to be using a house Azure, as I'm adding a quantity of other fixtures to their rig along with my Pearl, I want to know if any part of the Azure show file can be loaded into the Pearl, so save having to re-program from scratch.

Cheers,

Andy

Unfortunately a partial show load, or a show merge is not possible on the pearl. I assume it's the same for an azure.
It is possible to load a pearl-show in an azure, and vice versa, but only the entire show, which means wiping everything that's already in the desk.

Depending on the amount of house-fixtures and the way the house-desk is setup, I usually choose to either reprogram their fixtures on my desk, or to use both my desk and the house-desk next to eachother.

good luck!

Thanks for reply...

After telling myself not be so lazy, I decided to run the lot from my Pearl anyway.
