values of some projectors at 100% at the start of the show

Hello everyone, I've been an Avolites console operator for 8 years, and I have a blast with these consoles. I frequently work at the Cadre Noir in Saumur, France, which houses a Sapphire Touch.
On the show created by the venue manager, when he launches it, some values aren't at zero (some panels are at 100%, and the smoke machine is at 30%). However, no cues are launched, no macros, and the programmer is empty. To turn them off, simply set their dimmer to zero. But every time he restarts his show, the values return. And I just had the same problem: by changing the personality for the smoke machine, now when I launch my show, the smoke machine is at 30% (the value I had set on a fader). I've tried deleting all the cues, emptying the faders, deleting the macros, and even completely emptying the smoke intensity, but it's still at 30%. I also tried patching the smoke machine without results. The problem is not a serious one, but I would like to find a way to eliminate this defect. Many thanks in advance to anyone who wants to look into it. Have a good day everyone, and I look forward to seeing you at a performance.
