Same playback that activate with fade out, a group of fixtures and then another group of fixtures

Hello!
I found a YouTube video from SLM Entertainment that shows a type of effect that I need to program in my shows but they don't show how to do it.

¿How are they making the playbacks from minute 9:10 to 9:50? I want to make a playback that when activating it makes a fade out for example first of the pairs and then of the odd ones, or a half and then of the other half, or of each of the fixtures that I have selected.
I have tried to create a cue list, but the dimmer of the last playback remains active.
