Desk locking up (Bus error video 3d86c)

Morning!
One of my pearls is locking up regularly, showing bus error 3d86c.
Details:
Serial No. PRL 1914
Software Version 1.1 (22 Feb 2005)
Have checked all ribbon cables to see if anything is loose, everything looks in order. Would this be a problem relating to the LCD or the VGA output or something completely different?
