Avolites Titan question

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, and don't know all that much about lightning but i've been learning a lot the past few weeks since I have a cool project I'm working on.
Here's where I need help. I'm setting up a show with a Avolite Quartz (Titan 11.1) and now I'm at the point where I've recorded some cool keyframe sequences ("fly out" kinda stuff). It works great, but since I'm basically busking, I want them to be in sync with my bpm master so they fit whatever song we're doing.
No problem doing that, assigned to BPM master and it's all good. BUT. Whenever I trigger the cue, most of the time it starts from the beginning of the keyframe (dimmer off, lights in what i want to be the first position), but sometimes it will start in the middle of the keyframe (lights already on and up in wrong position.
It's basically as if the console decides that the "1" beat is wherever it wants it to be. I tried to tap tempo different ways, kill all playbacks, release, put the cue on a fader, in the playback window, it still won't work. If i don't assign the cue to BPM master then it starts from the beginning perfectly every time.
I'm not sure if I'm clear, I hope someone can help me. If anyone know about Resolume Arena I'm basically looking for a 'resync' button, or something that would act the same.
