Random Strobe Effect

Hi there, my team and I use an Avolites Titan Quartz console and the Titan software. I was wondering, how can I create a random strobe effect where the direction or spread (not sure how to refer to it) is random.

Kind of like a flicker effect. Not on individual pixels but individual fixtures where the strobe effect will be applied onto.

I've tried random direction, not what I want.
