Give priority on pixel mapper effect over shape effect

Hi all,

I cannot seem to figure out how to give priority to a pixel mapper effect over a shape effect. What I am trying to achieve:

- I have a cue list with some dimmer shape effects on a fader
- I have a pixel mapper effect on the same fixtures saved to a executor button
- When I press the executor, I want the shape that is running in the cue list to be overwritten by the pixel mapper effect.

This is not happing since the pixel mapper effect is “merged” into the shape effect. I tried to set the shape priority to low and the pixel mapper effect to high, but this does not solve it.

Can someone help me how to achieve this?

Record a Mask Shape into the cue with the pixelmap effect.

- Select the fixtures
- Shapes And Effects
- Mask FX
- Create Mask Shape
- Record, select the executor with the pixelmap effect, select 'Merge' from the menu, Clear
