Tiger Touch II requesting to ENTER PASSWORD. WTH ?!?

Hello everyone,
Got a problem which is jeopardizing tonight's show/event.

Purchased from Avolites a new Tiger Touch II console about 2 months ago. All has been great, working as usual.
Arrived today, turned the console on by pressing the black switch on the face of the console, next to the build-in screen, which produced a little box on the screen and extended monitor displaying: "ENTER PASSWORD"... say what?????
What password ???? No password of any kind has been pre-set or programmed by anyone here into this board. What the heck ???
Need all of your help to solve this issue. Have a show at 8 pm, and its now 3;06pm US-Eastern Standard time. Your help is greatly appreciated and welcomed!!!

Anyone has experienced this problem as well ???? Any solutions ???

UPDATE TIME 3:15PM 03-12-2025 What the heck AVO ?!?! If anyone has encountered this problem before, please add your comments below, and how frequent it has happened.

As stated above, I have a show tonight, so, instead of waiting for a reply from Avo Tech Support, I proceeded to turn off the power switch by the console power supply switch, and pull the plug all together. The console remained on for some time ( internal UPS it would seem), so I ended turning the console off with the switch on the face of the console. Left it disconnected and powered down while typing and posting the original message above.
Trying the old and true proven troubleshoot technique of "turn it off and on back again" I did just that. Plugged it back in, turn the power switch at the power supply and then after a Hail Mary, pressed the switch on the face of the console.... and SURPRISE! The Titan Tiger logo appeared on the screen and it booted-up into Titan One!
Sooo, the question now is: WHY did this happened; and Is this something to look forward to happen every seven days ???
Any help and answers are greatly welcomed. And if this is happening to you too, hope what I did works for you as well.
