a few months ago, we got an Avolites T3 with a new Laptop and an external touch monitor and since then I have been trying to learn Titan Go using the tutorial series for pre v15 on Youtube and the official manual. I come from an MA dot2 background and so far, its been a blast. In the last few days, I encountered a few small issues and wanted to ask you guys for solutions.
1. Since the arrival of the console, two of the encoder wheels make scratching noises as if there were small stones inside or something...Is this common for the console? Does it go away over time? If not, is there anything else I can do apart from sending it to Avolites?
2. I have been trying out a few effects on our LED Bars (4x Stairville 240/8 RBG, with 8 subfixtures each)...one of them was a "running light": a variable amount of subfixtures lit at a time, "moving" in one direction. In dot2, I could achieve this by using a hard dimmer effect, and the "Width" slider which made it really easy to adjust the effect. I tried to recreate it in Titan, by using a DImmer Spread with a larger Spread size...the problem is that there are always two "runners" at a time and I can't seem do adjust the width very intuitively. The same thing happend with the Key Frame Shapes engine. Do I have to use Pixel Mapping for that? If so, how can I use color palettes with the Pixel Engine?
3. One of the videos was about "Palette Playbacks" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bmk7JEPpQo&list=PLqhrVZmIFjXYURky78EoWej4x5qezmnIQ&index=30)...I tried the exact same process as in the video on multiple show files and fixtures, pressing the blue playback key while holding the palette button. The prompt area even switches back to the undo history after pressing the swop button, so clearly something happened but I can't see any changes I would expect...Is this feature exclusive to the flagship consoles?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks a lot in advance
