Reinstalling and programming a tiger touch

I mistakenly formatted the hard drive that my tiger touch was running from , I don't know how to reinstall it or reprogram it . it had v9.1 loaded but doesn't pick up the DMX outputs or network settings, any assistance please

To do a complete reinstall of the operating system and software you can run a recovery, these can be downloaded from here. Depending on the age of your console, v9.0 might be the latest recovery that supports it, you can look at the different hardware revisions here. The file you download should be run on a Windows PC to extract to and create a bootable USB stick. Instructions for running a recovery can be found here; depending on which option you select all shows and licences may be wiped in this process. If you are still encountering issues after running the recovery then please reply to this thread.
