I have a problem with a new Avokeys

Hello guys,
I have a problem with a new Avokeys on Quartz. When I export the token file it says: "Unable to write token file"
I try with another Token and two other USB sticks and have reinstalled Windows and Titan with a "Full Erase" several times.
The problem is still there.
Do you have a solution ?

Perhaps you could open a support ticket, please include the software version and serial number of the console and provide log files using Log Collector from the Tools > Additional Programs. Hopefully the log files should provide some incite into why the export is failing.
