Titan T3 USB connection issue

Titan T3, around three month old, and suddenly today I cannot have it connected to Titan GO.
When plugged in in a Windows 10 laptop (which is used regularly with that T3) windows says USB device not recognized and under device manager it says: "Unknown USB Device (Device Description Request Failed).
I have tried it on other PC, reinstalled Titan go, new USB cable etc.....but same every time.
Strange is, that when open in Authenticator it reads that T3 is connected and serial number of device.....so Authenticator recognize console, but when software is launched it says it cannot connect to hardware.
I have tried in USB Exper Console to reinstall drivers, but it also do not detect T3.
Also, for the test, when I T1, software works ok, Authenticator also recognize T1.....so on both pc T1 is working good, but T3 cannot be recognize.
Either maybe there is hardware or USB port failure in T3, but strange is that Authenticator does recognize it.....or there is some workaround with it, if anyone experience this issue?
