T3 Console DMX Port Issue

Hey y'all, first time poster to the forum.
I'm currently using the T3 console and in the middle of a show my Universe B and Universe C ports stopped sending signal out of nowhere. Nothing was changed no buttons were pressed, both are still recognized and set up and properly assigned in the DMX Settings on Titan Go.
Tried updating Titan to 17.1, then updated the panel in USB Expert, still nothing and it's just Ports B and C. A and D are still working fine.
Anyone else having this issue or might have a clue on what's happening?
Extra info: The board isn't abused in any way, doesn't travel, stays stationary on a desk in the venue, nothing ever spilled onto it so no liquid damaged to the internals at all, pots were working and then stopped working randomly between transitions, noticed because the shape I was running paused abruptly and the lights on that universe stopped responding (embarrassing
lol).
