Hi,
I have seen that on newer consoles you can switch playback from always hold to never hold in the usersettings. I recently bought a pearl 2004 and can't find this specific setting. I want to use more playback faders at the same time from different pages.
Is there a way I can switch this setting on the pearl 2004?

No, I do not believe so, the feature was only introduced in the Titan software (around version 5). The classic Pearl consoles run on microcontrollers rather than being based on a PC architecture so it is possible that the number of running playbacks might have been hard-coded to a fixed number of slots.
