Hi all, some help please.
I have just got myself a 2001 Pearl expert with touch wing. Running Titan 8.1
When I am patching fixtures, it will only allow me to start patching them at 11.
I have reset the desk, including Wipe All
The LEDs are lit up from 1 to 11 and 31 to 40

UPDATE
So I have found that on the back of the PCB broads there are two flashing lights that alternate flashing orange and green .
But on the board that doesn’t work in flashes orange and green together
I don’t know if this helps diagnose the fault

That might mean that the panel is in boot mode, if you open USB Expert Console from the Tools > Control Panel menu it should show you all the connected panels. If there is a panel in boot it should be marked as such, select that panel and from the tabs on the right select Service then the Exit Boot button. If it doesn't respond to that you might need to reflash the firmware, there should be a Program button on that same tab to do that. For the faders the firmware file can be found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avolites\UsbExpert\Panel Software\xp_fas.hex.
