Hi all,

I own a Tiger Touch Pro console and for a month now my console won't be able to start up. When I push the button to start all lights will light up for a second and then go out. After a period of 3 seconds it repeats the same.....all lights light up and go out.....time after time.
We tried replacing powersupply, bios battery, memory module, take out all USB wires.......nothing helps.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem or have any suggestions ? I'm out of ideas and hopelessly lost.

I would expect all the lights to flash a couple of times while the console is booting up. Would it be possible to connect an external monitor to see if anything is shown on that? It could be that there is a connection issue with the built in display or that the settings for it in the BIOS are incorrect. There are instructions on the Avolites website for setting the BIOS correctly if you need to.
