Tiger Touch II DISPLAY ISSUE

I have a Tiger Touch II, randomly it appeared one yellow line on the right side of the screen.
Does anyone have any ideea about this problem?

Could be a software or hardware issue or physical damage, try updating the software/firmware, if that doesn't work then you can try checking cable connections or perform, factory reset.
